Hamburger menu now opens a real slide-in panel with working links, a visible close button, a dimmed background, and closes on Escape or outside tap.
Floating menu is a single labeled action button. Tapping it reveals four clearly spaced options (label + icon, no overlap) instead of stacking on top of the hero content.
Key sections — Speakers, Timeline, Apply, Tickets — are reachable from both the nav panel and the FAB, so they're never more than one tap away.
